EUROPEAN COOPERATION AND PROJECT DEVELOPMENT

From an idea to the European cooperation that can make it happen.

We start from the need, define the intervention logic and build the partnership best aligned with the project’s objectives.

THE PRINCIPLEProject logic comes before the proposal.

The need, intended change and results come first. Funding is the instrument that makes it possible to turn them into cooperation.

FROM NEED TO COOPERATION

How we turn an idea into a credible European project.

We start from the need, build the intervention logic, identify the most appropriate partners and develop a proposal capable of generating cooperation over time.

01

Clarify the need and intended change

We define the problem or opportunity to address, the target groups and the change the project should generate.

02

Define objectives and expected outcomes

We translate the intended change into clear objectives and verifiable outcomes.

03

Build the project logic

We connect objectives, outcomes, activities and resources within a coherent project structure.

04

Build the partnership

We identify the expertise, profiles and organisations needed to deliver the project and assign coherent roles.

05

Develop the proposal

We turn the project logic and partnership into a structured, sustainable proposal aligned with the funding opportunity.

06

Implement, evaluate and valorise

We support the project through management, monitoring, evaluation, communication, dissemination and the effective use of results.

SUBMEET’S ROLES

Different responsibilities, made clear from the outset.

A role is not a label. It defines decision-making authority, accountability, resources and the contribution expected throughout the project cycle.

01 · COORDINATOR

Leading the project and consortium

Submeet develops the concept, builds and coordinates the partnership, coordinates proposal development, and oversees delivery, quality, communication and continuity.

02 · PROJECT DEVELOPMENT PARTNER

Turning the applicant’s idea into a robust proposal

Submeet supports the organisation in assessing the idea, designing the project, identifying partners, building the consortium and reviewing the proposal. Ownership, decisions and institutional accountability remain with the applicant organisation.

03 · PARTNER

Contributing specialist expertise

Submeet delivers its assigned activities, contributes to the development of outputs and supports quality, dissemination, impact and sustainability.

REAL PROJECT EXPERIENCE

Three projects, three ways of contributing.

These examples show how Submeet can lead a project, support its development or contribute as a specialist partner.
